Amendments to the Larimer County Land Use Code will be heard before the Larimer County Planning Commission on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. and the Board of County Commissioners on Monday, May 12, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Both hearings will be held in the Hearing Room located on the 1st Floor of the Larimer County Courthouse Offices, 200 W. Oak, Fort Collins, CO.
The amendments to be heard are in regards to:
1. General housekeeping amendments
2. Detached Accessory Buildings 120 square feet in area or less
The deadline is Friday, April 25, to apply for an opening on one of 22 Larimer County Boards and Commissions. New members will begin terms in July.
