County Offices, Courts and Landfill will be closed on Monday, July 4 for the Independence Day Holiday. Critical services at Larimer County are not disrupted by closures.
On June 6, 2016, Larimer County will transition to a new software system to handle all land development and permit applications. The current software is unsupported by the vendor and is incompatible with updated programs.
A new citizen's web portal will also be unveiled on June 6, 2016. Citizens will now be able to view the status of their permit, schedule/cancel inspections, pay fees by credit cards, search for existing permits, view land use applications and apply for specific types of permits.
To use all features of the citizen's web portal, a registration and login will be required. Registrations will not be reviewed and approved until June 6, 2016. Please check your email around this date for registration approval.
